This is not a professional company and I would recommend anyone looking for flooring to do business elsewhere.
On 5/7/14 Acme Carpet employees including said owner Jeff, was rude, multiple hang-ups when I called and unwilling to reschedule an appointment.
You can feel the difference between Acme and the home improvement chains the minute you walk in the door. They are helpful, know their products, and provide pressure-free service. I recently purchased carpet for my living room, and could not be happier. Jeff and staff are superb!
Shame on you!!!!

I did not call them on day of service, but over 24 hours in advance. They hung up multiple times and refused to work with me. We had no choice to reschedule since the wood floor crew was coming back to stain near the area. I WAS a longtime customer and have spent over 10K at their location over the past several years and had plans to have them back in addition to me recently recommending them, which I had to take back.
Acme Carpet One is the best. Great installers and professional sales people who know about their products. This is the place to buy rugs and floors. Believe me, your store experience is real. When they say four generations over fifty years, you can feel it.
