I'm gonna give it 4 starts since it is a good store only reason I'm taking the time to write this review down is just to bring to the attention that I asked if there was a Hispanic aisle and only thing the employee was worried about was the fact that I was asking that question in an American store. He later replied he didn't know so I walked away but later heard him and his buddy laughing and saying USA! I would just appreciate it if the employee was a decent person while on the clock after work he can be whoever he wants to be and say whatever he wants to say.
Twice i have called 20min before the automotive department closed (called that late bc i work all day long) and the phone kept ringing and kept being transferred back up to the front(bc they had already closed up for the day). Then the lady at the front that answered was extremely rude about it. All i have been trying to do is get pricing on 2 smal items. Will not be coming here again. You need to stay open until the given time.
Lines were open, customers were being helped, and I was asked if I needed any assistance. I was also greeted upon entering the store and upon leaving.
(MINUS 5 STARS!!! It Wouldn’t let me post w out checking one!!!)! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I’m BEYOND SO F..N PISSED OFF right now! My son wanted a union suit..AGAINST my better judgement.. I ordered TWO online, (ONLY bc they would get there by his BDAY).. I tried canceling order 1/2 hr later, but got email today they were in at the Lunenburg store. I pd w pay pal.. I called store & asked them to just return it & credit my acct.. they said I had to pick it up in person & return.. so LITERALLY from one register to the next, Pkg NOT even opened, AND a 45 min wait.. they WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND ($51) or credit my PAYPAL, which I NEEDED to go buy his new gift! Arguing w TWO mgrs.. they would only give me a STORE credit... AFTER I told them I DO NOT shop there & needed this $ now.. UNFUCKINGREAL ..now stuck w gift card & no $ for his NEW gift! WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS AT ANY WALMART AGAIN!! EVER! The mgr was rude, the cashiers were fine, wasn’t THIER fault. (FORGOT to mention the trailer trash crack head in front of me who returned shoes, that were OBVIOUSLY worn MANY times, but claimed they “fell apart” ..they let her EXCHANGE for NEW pair w NO RECPT!!!)
